How apprenticeships work for employers
Training will take place at your workplace, and at one of our centres. To make sure the training is right for the apprentice, we devise a training plan at the start of the apprenticeship which is agreed by everyone involved; the apprentice, the employer and GTG Training.
Apprenticeships last between one and four years, depending on the course. Course costs will vary depending on circumstances, and funding may be available.

The Apprenticeship Levy is part of a government initiative to give three million apprentices access to training by 2020. Certain employers will be required by law to pay money into the levy.
