If you haven’t received your order confirmation to your email address or spam inbox within 72 hours of placing your order, please email customersupport@gtg.co.uk and a member of our team will get in touch to confirm your order details and re-send your order confirmation.

Your order includes the cost of your course, VAT, registration fees, and, where applicable, the cost of exams and certificates.

If you’d like to change the date, time or location of your course, you can do so up until 14 days before the course is due to start. To request a change of date, time or location, please email customersupport@gtg.co.uk with your order reference number, full name and email address, and the new date/time/location that you’d like to book.

You can cancel your order up to 14 days before your registered course is due to start and receive a full refund. If there is less than 14 days before the course start date, we can still cancel your order, but you will not receive a refund.

If you’d like to cancel, please email customersupport@gtg.co.uk with your order reference number, full name and email address.

In the unlikely event that the course you have booked is cancelled, a member of our team will be in touch to let you know about the cancellation and you’ll be offered the opportunity to reschedule to another date/time where available, or you’ll be offered a full refund.

We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take 5-10 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.

If your refund amount is incorrect, please get in touch with a member of our team as soon as possible by emailing customersupport@gtg.co.uk with your order reference number and query.

If your card is no longer in use, your refund will be deposited into the bank account that is linked to your old card.
