Our comprehensive Novice to Cat C+E training course is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to obtain your Cat C+E licence and excel in your driving career. With expert instructors and state-of-the-art facilities, we provide practical and theory-based training that's tailored to your individual needs.

The table below provides an indication of what you can expect during this 16-week driver training course, however, it's important to note that the overview may differ on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for this course

To be eligible for this course, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Aged 19 or over

  • Eligible to work in the UK

  • Lived in UK for 3 years

  • Hold a car (Cat B) Licence and have at least 12 months driving experience

What's included:
Medical assessment
Provisional licence application
Communication Skills and Time Management modules
Mental Health and Customer Service modules
English, Maths and Digital Studies modules
Equality & Diversity modules, including Safeguarding and Prevent
Theory tests
A choice of three of the following Driver Knowledge camps:
  • Fire Awareness
  • First Aid Awareness
  • Driver's Hours
  • Highway Code
  • Load Security for Transport
  • Realities of Driving
  • Vehicle Safety
  • Winter Driving
Practical driver training: Cat C and Cat C+E training (10 days) and CPC module 4 
Practical driver test
Interview preparation and CV writing (where applicable)
Interview with employer (where applicable)
