Need space for a meeting, training event, seminar or product launch? We’re delighted that all of our centres are open and ready to facilitate events safely. From training courses to board meetings, our variety of flexible conference suites, meeting rooms, IT suites and workshop areas can provide a safe space for delegates to meet while adhering to strict social distancing guidelines.

All three of our venues in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Wolverhampton also offer free Wi-Fi and parking, with GTG staff on hand to assist with the smooth running of your event.

Technical workshop hire

GTG's Technical workshops across all three centres are ideal to hire for training, demonstrations or product launches and are available for short or long-term use.

Technical workshops are fully equipped with Vehicle Lifts and Brake Testing Diagnostic equipment for both Motor and Light Commercial vehicles.

Alongside all the equipment you'd expect in a modern workshop, we offer a range of classrooms to facilitate both technical and theoretical training. Each classroom can accommodate up to 12 delegates but larger rooms are also available.

Conference hire across the UK

GTG Glasgow is our longest established conference and facilities venue with a proudly-held reputation in the city. With 12 flexible rooms for hire over two floors, we can comfortably accommodate meetings of up to 200 people in the renowned Carnegie and Cranston Conference Hall.

Just minutes from the city centre, GTG Edinburgh is easily accessible, offering 8 meeting rooms, 2 board rooms and also a conference suite which hosts up to 220 people.

GTG West Midlands is our newest and largest venue, comprising of 12 event spaces. Just ten minutes from Junction 10 of the M6, in the heart of the Midlands, it hosts up to 250 people theatre-style in our spacious conference hall.

Meeting room hire

Choose from a variety of layouts for each of our meeting rooms, including break-out areas. All three of our venues have classrooms and meeting rooms for hire, complete with projectors, screens, PCs/laptops and IT support staff. Our support staff will help to set up your event and ensure its smooth running.

Our rooms are fully equipped for any type of training and can be configured to suit your individual needs.

IT training rooms

Our computer training rooms are available for hire, complete with all the equipment you need. Our expert IT support staff will help to ensure that everything is ready for your delegates, including pre-installing software prior to your arrival.

  • Microsoft Office on all computers

Catering and refreshments

GTG centres have on-site cafés and restaurants providing a range of hot or cold food and refreshments. You can either tuck into something from our daily menu or choose a special menu from our selection of delegate packages, which can be tailored to cater to your individual requirements.

This includes tea & coffee, vegetarian options, breakfast rolls and Hot & Cold Lunches with first class, comfortable surroundings.

Private catering is also available.
