Course Summary
This five-day course is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to achieve your Category D licence. You will be given hands-on experience, a dedicated trainer and all the support you need to pass your PCV training and become a professional bus driver.
The course will help you pass your theory test, which will require online study, while you’ll also receive comprehensive driver training at GTG’s state-of-art facilities to ensure that you complete the course and start on the right foot in your new career.

Course Prerequisites
You must be over 18 years of age and hold a car licence to enrol on this course.

The Category D (PCV) course includes:
- Dedicated training advisor
- Medical and provisional licence application
- Online study for all three theory tests

DVSA theory tests - one of each:
- Multiple Choice (Module 1a)
- Hazard Perception (Module 1b)
- Driver CPC Case Study (Module 2)

All DVSA tests are conducted on-site at GTG, so you can test where you learn.
