How the assessments work
All units for the qualification are assessed through workplace observation, candidate witness testimony and assessor questioning. Learners will demonstrate their skills and knowledge by collecting evidence of their work and completing written and online testing. This evidence is presented in an electronic portfolio. The candidates assessor will advise learners on how to generate, collect, and present their evidence. The candidate will be visited in the workplace or via online meeting every 13 weeks by their allocated assessor who will support them for the duration of the apprenticeship.
