The Logistics Operations Level 7 apprenticeship provides employees based in the transport industry with a qualification demonstrating they possess the skills and knowledge to carry out their role to a professional standard. In addition, it confirms the employee has a range of flexible skills that are backed up by a nationally recognised vocational qualification.

How the apprenticeship works 

This qualification is for those who currently working in or who wish to work in the transport and logistics industry. There are a total of seven units and five core skills to complete in order to pass this apprenticeship. Candidates will normally expect to complete the apprenticeship within one year. 

How the assessments work

The apprentices will be assessed through practical observations in the workplace. Assessments will be carried out on site at the candidates’ workplace and will take approximately five visits, each lasting around 1 – 1.5 hours.
