This qualification is aimed at those individuals responsible for the management of construction sites in a construction and civil engineering environment, and covers areas such as establishing, implementing and maintaining organisational systems for managing health, safety, welfare and wellbeing; ensuring that work activities and resources meet project work requirements; managing the installation, maintenance, monitoring and removal of temporary works and managing project handovers.
