Course Summary

PRINCE2 is extensively used in more than 150 countries around the world and its take-up grows daily. It is widely considered as the leading method in project management, with thousands of organizations already benefiting from its pioneering and trusted approach. In conjunction with this, there has been a growth in Agile delivery approaches as they allow organizations to be more responsive to change. As the use of Agile continues to flourish, the need for specific guidance on how to use PRINCE2 in an Agile context has grown accordingly.
How does the new product relate to the wider PPM portfolio? PRINCE2 Agile will also be of interest to programme managers, with Managing Successful Programmes (MSP ) knowledge, who need to understand not only how a programme relates to projects, but also how projects relate to the delivery mechanism. The majority of the guidance and course material will be new to those familiar with PRINCE2 and will look at the interactions between PRINCE2 and Agile, and how each can be adapted to accommodate the other.
