This is a self-paced, fully online CPC course, which allows candidates to complete the course at their own pace over a three-month period.
Course Prerequisites
You must hold one of the following driving entitlements: C1, D1, C, D, C+E
Please note: Regulations specify that ‘a range of different subjects should be covered over the driver’s 35 hours of training’. DVSA will monitor training uploads and potentially take action against drivers and trainers who unnecessarily attend the course more than once in a five-year rolling period.
Therefore, drivers should not repeat the same course in a five-year cycle.

How does e-learning Driver CPC work?
Upon initial registration, all candidates must complete the enrolment form to allow their DVSA training hours to be uploaded. This will be sent to you once you register for an e-learning module.
Once your enrolment form is received, your e-learning login details will be issued by our Customer Service team during business hours: Monday – Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm.
Candidates will have three months to complete the seven hours of e-learning. On completion, an e-certificate must be generated and returned to GTG Training so we can upload the training hours to DVSA. Learning can be completed on either a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
This e-learning CPC module can only be completed once in a driver’s five-year, 35-hour cycle.

This seven-hour Driver CPC module can be complete by the candidate over a period of three months in bite-size sections, meaning the driver doesn’t need to be removed from their driving duties completely for a full day.
Who Should Attend?
Professional drivers are required to complete Driver CPC training to drive or operate large vehicles on public highways. They should also attend if they haven't completed an e-learning CPC course in the last five years.
Course Certification
All candidates will receive a certificate of attendance and a seven-hour DVSA CPC registration upload (£8.75 registration fee added at checkout).
